Recognizing a need to combat misperceptions, the client retained Jones and Thomas to help enhance its internal culture. To gain a better understanding of the internal audience, Jones and Thomas conducted a series of focus groups designed to delve deeper into staff attitudes.

Following analysis and assessment, Jones and Thomas, in partnership with Learning Alliances Company, designed an integrated internal training and education program to help address the focus group results. The intent: to enhance the organization's culture and create a more optimistic, positive outlook and increase business potential and opportunities.
